The short version
332 App is a free community project. Use it fairly, don’t do anything illegal or harmful, and we’ll all get along. We can remove your access at any time if you misuse it. You keep ownership of your content.
Who we are
332 App (community formerly known as Order 332) is an informal online community project — not a company. There’s no corporation here, just people running a platform for the community. The service is operated by a group of individuals, principally based in the UK.
Who can use this
You need to be at least 13 years old to use 332 App. We follow the same minimum age as Discord.
The service is invite-only. You need to be a member of the 332 Discord community or have a sign-up code from an admin. We don’t accept public registrations.
Some content areas are for users 16 and over and are marked as such.
By using the service, you’re confirming you meet these requirements.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your account secure. Don’t share your login credentials or passkeys with anyone. If you think your account has been compromised, let us know immediately.
What you can do
Use the platform for personal and community purposes — creating content, managing files and music, using AI tools, writing blog posts, or exploring the WebPC environment. Keep it lawful and in the spirit of the community.
What you can’t do
Illegal or harmful content
Don’t upload, share, or create anything that’s illegal under UK or EU law, or the laws of the countries where our third-party services operate. This includes content that promotes terrorism, facilitates crime, infringes others’ rights, or is otherwise unlawful.
Adult content
No pornography or sexually explicit material of any kind. The platform is accessible to users as young as 13.
Harmful behaviour
No harassment, bullying, threatening, or abusing other users. No content that promotes or glorifies violence, self-harm, or extremism.
Security attacks
Don’t attempt to hack, probe, or disrupt the platform or any other system. Don’t try to bypass security controls or access other users’ accounts. Don’t upload malware with the intent to harm or distribute it to others — but see the research exception below.
Abuse of features
Don’t use AI tools to generate content that breaks these rules. Don’t create multiple accounts to get around a ban. Don’t hammer the platform with automated requests.
WebPC specifically
WebPC runs entirely in your browser — it’s client-side, and we have no visibility into or control over what you run inside it. That also means we’re not responsible for it.
Don’t use it to attack external systems, scan networks, mine cryptocurrency, or do anything that abuses shared infrastructure. VM data may be deleted at any time, especially for inactive or misused environments. You are solely responsible for what you run in the WebPC environment.
Security research and malware samples
Uploading malware samples or exploit code to the Content Hub is allowed for personal educational or security research purposes only. The rules are simple:
- It’s for your own study and analysis — not to share with or deliver to others
- You’re not using it as part of an active attack on anything or anyone
- You’re not using 332 App as a distribution point for malicious files
All uploads are scanned by VirusTotal. Abuse of this exception will result in an immediate ban and may be reported to authorities.
Copyright
Don’t distribute content that infringes someone else’s copyright. Uploading music or media for private, personal use is fine. If we get a credible copyright complaint, we’ll remove the content without prior notice.
Your content
You keep your copyright. Uploading something to 332 App doesn’t transfer your intellectual property to us. Your work remains yours.
What you do grant us is a licence to host, store, and serve your content so the platform can function. That licence ends when your content is removed from the service.
You can request removal of your content at any time. Note that it may take a little time to clear from backups.
We don’t guarantee permanent storage. Keep your own backups of anything important.
If you share something publicly using the platform’s share features, that’s on you. We’re not liable for content you choose to make public.
AI features
AI tools on this platform can make mistakes. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or wrong. Always review it before using or publishing it.
When you use an AI feature, your input is sent to a third-party AI provider. We don’t use your inputs to train our own models, but third-party providers may have their own policies. Don’t put sensitive or private information into AI prompts.
File scanning
Every file you upload may be scanned by VirusTotal for malware. By uploading, you’re consenting to that scan.
Audio and lyrics
If you use AI lyrics or audio features, your audio is processed by ElevenLabs, a third-party service. By using these features, you consent to that.
Online safety and age assurance
332 App is subject to the UK Online Safety Act 2023. We take our responsibilities seriously — particularly around protecting younger users and ensuring illegal content is removed quickly.
If you see something illegal or harmful on the platform — especially anything involving children — report it immediately via Discord or legal@order332.com. We’ll act on it as a priority.
Our position on age verification
We will never ask you to verify your age using:
- Government-issued ID
- Face scans or biometric checks
- Identity document uploads
- Any other privacy-invasive method
We believe these approaches are disproportionate harms in their own right. Where age gating is needed, we’ll use respectful, privacy-preserving methods suited to a small, known community.
If stronger age assurance ever becomes legally required, we will use the least invasive technology available — including modern solutions like operating system-level age signals that confirm an age range without exposing your identity or personal data to us.
We are firmly opposed to mass surveillance infrastructure dressed up as child safety measures. If we are ever compelled to implement such systems, we will say so publicly.
We can remove your access
Admins can suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any reason — including violations of these Terms, behaviour harmful to the community, or security concerns. We don’t have to explain why.
If your account is removed, your content isn’t automatically deleted. You can request erasure separately — see our Privacy Policy.
Copyright complaints
If you think your copyrighted work has been posted on 332 App without permission, contact us:
legal@order332.com or Discord
Include details of the work, where it appears on the platform, and confirmation that you believe its use is unauthorised. We aim to respond within 30 days, though it can take 60–90 days given the voluntary nature of the service.
No warranties, no guarantees
332 App is a free community project. We provide it as-is, with no promises about uptime, reliability, data retention, or anything else. We do our best, but things can break.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the platform — including loss of content, access, or anything else. This is a free service with no commercial operation behind it.
Nothing here removes rights you have under UK or EU consumer protection law that can’t be waived.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If there’s ever a dispute, we’d prefer to resolve it informally first — come talk to us on Discord or by email. If that doesn’t work, English courts have jurisdiction, except where your local consumer protection laws say otherwise.
EU users retain the right to go to courts in their own country. Canadian and US users are welcome here under the same terms — UK/EU law governs the service, and we don’t make specific commitments under CCPA or PIPEDA, though the same protections apply to everyone.
Stuff outside our control
Sometimes things go wrong for reasons beyond anyone’s control — power outages, cyberattacks, infrastructure failures, natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseeable events. If that happens, we’re not liable for any downtime, data loss, or disruption to the service. We’ll do our best to communicate what’s happening via Discord and get things back to normal as quickly as we can.
Changes
We’ll announce significant changes via Discord and in the app. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using 332 App at app.order332.com and the associated website at order332.com (collectively, “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the operators of 332 App (a group of individuals, principally based in the United Kingdom, acting on behalf of the informal 332 community). 332 App is not a registered company or legal entity. The Service is provided as a community project, free of charge, on a best-effort basis.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if:
- You are at least 13 years of age. We align with Discord’s minimum age requirement. If you cannot use Discord, you cannot use this platform.
- You have been granted access via an invitation from the 332 Discord community or a valid administrator-issued sign-up code.
- You have not been previously banned or suspended from the Service.
- Your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Some content and features on the platform may be designated as suitable for users aged 16 or over. Age-gated content is marked accordingly.
By using the Service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Access and Accounts
The Service is invite-only. Access is granted at the sole discretion of 332 App administrators and may be revoked at any time, for any reason or no reason, without notice (see Section 12).
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and authentication methods (passkeys, sessions, etc.)
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Immediately reporting any suspected unauthorised access to your account
You may not share your account or access credentials with others.
4. Permitted Use
You may use the Service for lawful personal and community purposes consistent with the nature of the 332 App and its community, including:
- Creating and managing personal content (blog posts, music playlists, uploaded files)
- Using AI-assisted creative tools
- Participating in collaborative features
- Using the Virtual Machine (WebPC) environment for lawful purposes
5. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Service to:
5.1 Illegal Content and Activity
- Upload, share, transmit, or create any content that is illegal under UK law, EU law, or the laws of any jurisdiction in which our subprocessors operate
- Engage in any activity that constitutes a criminal offence or gives rise to civil liability
- Violate any applicable data protection, privacy, or intellectual property laws
5.2 Harmful Content
- Upload or share adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit material of any kind
- Upload or share content that promotes, glorifies, or facilitates violence, self-harm, terrorism, or extremism
- Harass, bully, threaten, or abuse any individual or group
- Upload or share content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or deliberately misleading
5.3 Security and Integrity
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, its infrastructure, or other users’ accounts
- Interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the performance or security of the Service
- Upload malware, viruses, ransomware, trojans, or other malicious code with the intent to harm, distribute to, or deceive others. Upload of malware samples for personal educational or security research purposes is permitted in the Content Hub, subject to the conditions in Section 5.6 below.
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent security measures, access controls, or content filters
- Use the Virtual Machine (WebPC) environment for network attacks, scanning, cryptocurrency mining, or any purpose that adversely affects third parties or the Service’s infrastructure
5.4 Abuse of Features
- Use AI features to generate content that violates any other provision of these Terms
- Automate requests to the Service in a way that causes undue load or constitutes abuse of rate limits
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
5.5 Intellectual Property
- Upload or distribute content that infringes a third party’s copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, except where such use constitutes fair use or is otherwise lawful
Copyrighted material uploaded for private, fair use purposes (e.g. personal music libraries) is permitted. However, if we receive a credible report of copyright infringement, we may remove the content without notice and without liability.
5.6 Malware and Security Research
The Content Hub permits the upload of malware samples, exploit code, and similar security-relevant files strictly for personal educational or security research purposes. This is an explicit exception to the general prohibition in Section 5.3.
This exception applies only where:
- The material is uploaded for your own study, analysis, or research
- You do not share, distribute, or expose such files to others in a way designed to cause harm
- The content is not being used to stage, facilitate, or prepare an attack on any system or individual
- The material is not hosted here as part of a delivery mechanism for malware distribution
332 App is not a malware repository or attack infrastructure. Abuse of this exception — including using the Content Hub to distribute malicious files to others, or as part of an active attack — will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities. All uploaded files are subject to VirusTotal scanning (see Section 8).
6. Online Safety
The Service is operated from the United Kingdom and is subject to the UK Online Safety Act 2023 (OSA). As a user-to-user platform accessible to UK users, we have legal duties to take proportionate steps to protect users from illegal content and content harmful to children.
6.1 Our Obligations
- We prohibit content that is illegal under UK law, including but not limited to: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), terrorism content, content that encourages self-harm or suicide, and fraud or scam content. Such content will be removed immediately and, where required by law, reported to the relevant authorities (including the National Crime Agency and Ofcom).
- We prohibit users under 13 from accessing the Service. Some features or content areas are restricted to users aged 16 or over.
- We maintain and enforce these Terms of Service, which set out clearly what content and behaviour is not permitted.
6.2 Reporting Harmful Content
If you encounter content on the Service that you believe is illegal or harmful — particularly content harmful to children — please report it immediately:
Discord (primary) or legal@order332.com
We will action credible reports as a priority and without unreasonable delay.
6.3 Age Assurance — Our Approach and Principles
Where age assurance or age gating is required — whether under the OSA or otherwise — we are committed to implementing it in ways that respect user privacy. We will never require:
- Government-issued identification documents
- Facial recognition, face scans, or biometric verification
- Identity document uploads or third-party identity checks
- Any other method that involves the collection of sensitive personal data disproportionate to the purpose
We believe that privacy-invasive age verification is itself a harm. Where age gating is necessary, we will use proportionate, privacy-respecting methods appropriate to the nature of a small, closed community — such as self-declaration, account-level controls, or community-based trust mechanisms.
In the rare event that a stronger form of age assurance is ever legally required, we will adopt the least invasive technically viable solution available at that time. This includes emerging privacy-preserving technologies such as operating system-level age signals (e.g. platform-declared age ranges provided by device operating systems on secure platforms, without exposing identity or personal data to us directly). We will not treat legal compulsion as a reason to adopt surveillance-grade solutions when privacy-respecting alternatives exist.
We are fundamentally opposed to the use of mass surveillance infrastructure in the name of online safety. We will not implement, enable, or cooperate with any age verification or identity verification system that functions as a mechanism for government surveillance, bulk data collection, or tracking of users’ online behaviour across services. This position applies regardless of regulatory pressure, and we will make our objections public if we are ever compelled to act against it.
This stance does not diminish our commitment to child safety — we enforce our minimum age policy through platform access controls, community moderation, and prompt action on reports. We believe these measures are appropriate and proportionate for a service of our nature.
6.4 Scope and Proportionality
As a small, closed, invite-only service with a limited and known user base, our OSA obligations are proportionate to our size and risk profile. We are not a Category 1 or Category 2A/2B service as defined by Ofcom. Nevertheless, we take our safety duties seriously and will cooperate fully with Ofcom and law enforcement where required by law.
7. User-Generated Content
6.1 Your Intellectual Property
You retain all copyright and intellectual property rights in content you create and upload (“your content”). These Terms do not transfer your copyright or any other intellectual property rights to 332 App.
6.2 Licence to 332 App
By uploading or creating content on the Service, you grant 332 App a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and serve your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service. This licence exists only for as long as the content remains on the Service.
6.3 Content Removal
You may request removal of your content at any time by contacting us. We will action removal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Note that content may persist in backups for a period following removal.
6.4 No Guarantee of Storage
We do not guarantee the permanent storage or availability of any uploaded content. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any content you care about.
6.5 Public Sharing
If you use any share, publish, or export feature to make content publicly accessible, you are solely responsible for that content and its distribution. 332 App is not liable for user-generated content that is publicly shared by you or other users, except where we are required to act under applicable law.
7. AI Features and Third-Party Services
7.1 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The Service includes AI-powered features (including but not limited to a blog writing assistant and AI lyrics generation). AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or otherwise unsuitable. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before use or publication. 332 App makes no warranty as to the accuracy or fitness of AI output.
7.2 Third-Party AI Processing
When you use AI features, your inputs may be transmitted to third-party AI providers (including but not limited to services accessible via Vercel AI Gateway and ElevenLabs). By using these features, you consent to this transmission. We do not use your inputs to train our own models. Third-party providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Do not input sensitive personal data, confidential information, passwords, or anything you would not want processed by a third-party AI service into AI-powered features.
7.3 File Scanning
All files uploaded to the Service may be scanned by VirusTotal for malware and threats. By uploading files, you consent to this scanning, which may involve transmitting file content or metadata to VirusTotal’s systems.
7.4 ElevenLabs Audio Processing
Audio content submitted to AI lyrics or transcription features is processed by ElevenLabs. By using these features, you consent to your audio data being transmitted to ElevenLabs in accordance with their terms and privacy policy.
8. Virtual Machine (WebPC)
The WebPC feature provides a browser-based virtual machine environment that runs entirely client-side in your browser. The virtual machine executes locally on your device; 332 App does not control, monitor, or take responsibility for what runs within it.
By using WebPC, you agree:
- Not to use the environment for any prohibited purpose listed in Section 5 (Prohibited Conduct)
- Not to use it for network scanning, attacking, or probing external systems
- Not to use it for cryptocurrency mining or other resource-intensive activities that burden shared infrastructure
- That disk images and VM state may be deleted at any time at administrator discretion, particularly for inactive or misused environments
- That the environment is provided as-is with no uptime, performance, or data persistence guarantees
Because WebPC is client-side, 332 App is not liable for any actions taken within the virtual machine, any software run inside it, or any consequences resulting from its use. You are solely responsible for what you execute in the WebPC environment.
9. Intellectual Property of 332 App
The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the work of the 332 App team and its contributors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the Service’s software, design, or branding beyond the limited right to use the Service as described herein.
10. Privacy
Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to data processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
11.1 Service Provided “As Is”
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY.
332 App is an informal community project with no legal entity and no commercial operation. We do not guarantee:
- Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the Service
- The accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content or AI output on the Service
- That the Service will meet your specific requirements
- The security or integrity of data stored on the Service
- That uploaded files will be retained permanently
11.2 No Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 332 APP AND ITS OPERATORS, ADMINISTRATORS, AND CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages
- Loss of data, content, or access
- Loss of profits or revenue (not applicable, as there is no commercial operation)
- Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service
- Damages arising from third-party services, AI-generated content, or user-generated content
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK or EU law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
11.3 Third-Party Content and Services
332 App is not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of third-party services integrated into the platform (including Discord, ElevenLabs, VirusTotal, Vercel, Supabase, GitHub, or any AI provider). Use of such third-party services is at your own risk.
11.4 User-Generated Content
332 App is not liable for content uploaded, created, or shared by users. We do not actively moderate all content and are not responsible for any harmful, inaccurate, or illegal content posted by users. We will act upon reports of illegal or harmful content as required by applicable law.
12. Account Suspension and Termination
332 App administrators reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, at their sole discretion. Reasons may include (but are not limited to):
- Violation of these Terms
- Behaviour deemed harmful to the 332 App community
- Security or safety concerns
- Any other reason at administrator discretion
We are not obligated to provide reasons for suspension or termination. No right of appeal is guaranteed, though you may contact us via Discord or email.
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will be revoked
- Your content is not automatically deleted — you must submit a separate erasure request if you wish your data removed (see Privacy Policy, Section 8 — Your Rights)
13. Copyright and DMCA / UK Copyright Notices
If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us with:
- Your name and contact details
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the infringing content and its location on the Service
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate
Contact: legal@order332.com or via Discord
We aim to respond within 30 days. Due to the voluntary nature of the Service, responses may take 60–90 days in some cases. We will remove infringing content upon a credible and substantiated claim.
14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, with reference to EU law where applicable to EU-based users.
The Service is accessible to users worldwide, including those in the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, Canada, and beyond. Regardless of where you are located, these Terms and UK/EU law govern your use of the Service.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us via Discord or email. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
EU users: Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory EU consumer protection law, including your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
Canadian users: Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) or applicable provincial privacy legislation.
US users: The Service is not directed at US residents as a commercial product. We do not comply with US state-specific consumer privacy laws (e.g. CCPA) as a primary obligation, however the privacy protections in our Privacy Policy apply equally to all users. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from raising concerns directly with us.
Class actions: To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to bring any claim against 332 App only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding. Given the non-commercial, community nature of this Service, this is a reasonable limitation on both parties.
15. Force Majeure
332 App and its operators shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Natural disasters, fires, floods, earthquakes, or severe weather events
- Acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, or government action
- Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
- Failures of third-party infrastructure, including hosting providers, internet service providers, cloud platforms, or subprocessors
- Cyberattacks, distributed denial-of-service attacks, or other malicious acts by third parties
- Power outages or failures of telecommunications networks
- Changes in law or regulation that prevent or restrict operation of the Service
- Any other event outside our reasonable control
In such circumstances, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users via Discord or other available channels and to resume normal service as soon as reasonably practicable. We are not liable for any loss of data, content, or access arising from a force majeure event.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced via Discord and/or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance.
We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this document whenever changes are made.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 332 App regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
